Andrew Harlan’s repair complaint
Ripoff Report identifies Andrew Harlan as the author, lists September 18, 2026 as the submission date, and September 28, 2026 as the update date. The report concerns a 2001 Lincoln at the Centerville location.
What the author alleges
Harlan describes a friends-and-family repair arrangement capped at approximately $500, followed by about four months at the shop. He alleges inconsistent explanations about authorized repairs and installed parts.
He says the company corrected earlier statements about completed work and offered a radiator at no charge. He sought completion of the original repair agreement.
